Did you know we have a Pure Chat feature??  We do and it allows you to talk to one of our sexperts in real time!  If no one is available, you can still ask your question and you’ll receive an email response.  We’ll be looking at some of our Pure Chat questions and featuring them in a regular column we’re calling Between the Sheets.  Here’s the first question from Kevin:

Lately, I have not been lasting long.  I only last 1 or 2 minutes.  What can I do to last longer?

Great question Kevin!  I would advise if this is something new and out of character for you, you should check with your doctor just to make sure there’s nothing medically wrong.  If you check out medically, there are lots of things you can try to last longer.

First, and most easy, is the application of a topical prolonging product.  This can come in various forms, from a spray such as Stud 100 to a gel like System JO Prolonger.  These work great, they will slightly desensitize your penis to help you last longer.  Apply to your penis before intercourse and then wait a few minutes to be sure it doesn’t transfer to your partner.

Second, you can try a cock ring.  Cock rings fit securely around the base of your penis.  They will constrict the blood flow to your penis enabling you to last longer and (bonus) your erection and orgasm will be stronger!

Third, you can try a penis pump.  The use of a pump, such as the Optimum Series Automated Smart Pump, can increase endurance and improve stamina.

Hope this helps!
