I want to host an event! Do you have a room?

Yes! We have a brand-new beautiful event room located at our Turnersville store – the Annex. The room is 500 square feet and can be used from anything from an intimate “home party” to a bachelorette party to any type of event space! It has a kitchenette with a wet sink and its own private bathroom. There is an internet-capable 65” television set, a blue-tooth compatible music system and even a stripper pole!

How long can we rent the Annex?

You can rent the room at an hourly rate or if you would like to stick with the “home party” theme, that typically lasts about three hours. Events or parties can range from an hour to several as long as the event hours are also during operation hours of the stores.

What does a renting the Annex cost?

If you want to rent the event space for your own use, it would be $50.00 per hour.  When booking with Fantasy Gifts NJ for a not-at-home “home party” it is $100 for a 3 hour party!  This still gets you unlimited use of our party room during the party time-frame, our trained party consultant who will be with you and your guests the entire time to educate, entertain, and help your guests shop, a thank you gift for the hostess and goodie bags for each of your guests! 

What kind of event can I have?

Any kind of event you like! If you are renting the space for your own event, this process will all be on the host.  For “home parties” we can do themed parties based on your personal needs. Some party examples are birthday, bachelorette, divorce or even parties for mothers-to-be! If you want us to focus on one theme, we can. Can’t decide? Don’t worry, we know how to read a room and give your guests the kind of party experience they want! You can even have your guests attend your party virtually with our Zoom link!

What is a home party at Fantasy Gifts?

If you’ve ever wanted to host a home party but didn’t want the hassle of having everyone to your home, now you don’t have too! Our home parties feature a party consultant that will walk you and your guests through our products and play games to entertain your guests. Every party guest gets a goodie bag. Unlike other home party companies, we don’t offer you a small number of items to choose from. You have our entire store to shop from and you can take all of our products home that night!

What happens at a Fantasy Gifts home party?

Can men attend?

Absolutely! Unlike other home parties, we believe that couples that play together, stay together! We welcome coed parties and find that men like to shop our store as much as women do! Just no children, please. We require all guests to be a minimum of 18 years of age.

How many guests can attend? Is there a minimum number?

We require just a minimum of 10 guests to make any night a party!  At max, we can fit 20 guests (including the party host) into the Turnersville space comfortably.

What do I need to bring?

The choice is yours! We want you to treat our event room just like your home! Whatever you want to bring, please do! We have a kitchenette with a microwave and a wet sink, full size refrigerator, serving dishes and utensils. We also work with local restaurants and can provide you with a catering menu. If bringing alcoholic beverages, please ensure all guests are 21 years of age or older.

What about decor?

Feel free to bring in your own decor and music playlists to bring some fun to your event! If you’d like to decorate the room, just let us know and we will give you access as early as possible. We typically only do one booking a day so the room should be ready for you early in the day before your party. If you have a specific theme and would like us to help you coordinate your decorations, let us know! We can help customize your party for a small fee.

Some of my friends can’t attend, can they still shop?

Absolutely! Our website fantasygiftsnj.com is always open and available for your guests to shop. All in-stock orders will ship within 24 hours for free!

How can I book a party or rent the Annex?

Simple! Just give us a call at 856-374-8388 or email us at info@fantasygiftsnj.com. For “home party” events, we require that you place your $100 deposit and sign a contract with us 3 weeks prior to the event to ensure that we have you booked.  For rentals, a contract and $50.00 down payment for the first hour of your event.

What if I need to cancel a party or event?

Please give us at 7 days notice if canceling a party. Cancelations made within less than 7 days will result in forfeiture of deposit.
