Why Use Kegel Balls?
Kegel exercises are the tightening and releasing of the PC muscle, which is short for the pubococcygeal muscle. Starting at the pubic bone and stretching to the tailbone, it surrounds and supports the internal urinary and sexual organs. A strong pelvic floor can make a difference in sexual function, for men as well as women. In order to be effective, like any workout regime, you should aim to work up to one set of 10 Kegels two to three times a day.
For increased sensitivity, and to maximize tantalizing thrills, always use a quality lubricant with this toy. Before and after every use, clean the weighted balls with warm, soapy water or a toy cleaner spray. To ensure the pleasure balls are always ready for seductive and orgasmic stimulation, store them inside a transparent gauzy, drawstring pouch or safe sex toy bag.

How To Do Kegel Exercises?
So, how do you know you are doing kegels properly? Like any exercise, it can be difficult to know at first. But with a daily commitment, it becomes instinctive. Here are a few tips for doing kegel exercises:
The National Association for Continence recommends to give your pelvic floor a full workout, there are two types of kegel exercises you should perform.
Fast Twitch Muscle Exercise – The first exercise is called a short contraction, and it works the fast twitch muscles that quickly shut off the flow of urine to prevent leakage. The muscles are quickly tightened, lifted up, and then released. You should contract as you exhale, then continue to breathe normally as you do the exercises.
Slow Twitch Muscle Exercise – The second exercise works on the supportive strength of the muscles and is referred to as a long contraction. The slow twitch muscles are gradually tightened, lifted up, and held for several seconds. At first, it may be difficult to hold the contraction for more than 1 or 2 seconds. Ultimately, the goal is to hold the contraction for 10 seconds then rest for 10 seconds between each long contraction to avoid taxing the muscles.
