I really like that these kegels allow for training, as well as choosing a comfortable weight for me. definitely makes it easy to get started and also continue exercising at my own pace

This is the ultimate kegel training kit, everything that you need from the beginning to advanced training is included. I like that everything is silicone because it is very durable and very sanitary because it cannot harbor bacteria (as long as it is cleaned before and after using). The silicone material also makes it very comfortable to wear, nothing is sharp or “poke-y” and the retrieval cord easily folds up in my underwear and i can use the weights comfortably for longer periods of time while I’m getting other things done around the house.

Love this kegel kit! It’s all silicone and easy to change out the balls. I like that theres so many combinations for the weights. I really like having the single and double to choose precisely how much weight you want. The colors a nice and the retrieval strings arent super long. Theyre very comfortable.
