Losing a vibrator charger is basically a modern rite of passage. The tricky part? Chargers aren’t universal — and using the wrong one can mean no charge, a weak battery, or damaging your toy (rude).
At Fantasy Gifts, we carry specific replacement chargers for select VeDO toys (details below) and a rechargeable Magic Wand power adapter. For most other toys, we don’t stock brand-specific replacement chargers — but we can absolutely help you figure out what you need and help you contact the manufacturer so you’re not stuck playing “charger roulette.”
Step 1: Identify Your Charger Type (This Matters More Than You Think)
Before you order anything, figure out what kind of charging port your toy uses. Most modern toys fall into one of these categories:
Magnetic 2-Prong Chargers
These have two small metal contacts and the charger “clicks” into place with magnets. This style is common across a lot of brands and can look very similar from toy to toy — but the spacing can vary, so it’s still worth confirming before you buy.
Pin / Barrel Connectors (DC)
These look like a tiny round plug, kind of like a mini headphone jack. The most common size is 2.5mm, though 3.5mm is also used for some larger massagers.
USB-C
Some newer, premium toys use a standard USB-C port (like many phones and tablets). If your toy has USB-C, replacing the cable is usually straightforward.
Step 2: How to Order a Replacement Charger (Brand-Specific or Universal)
Once you know the port type, you have two main routes:
- Brand-specific replacement chargers: Many manufacturers sell official replacement cables on their website (often around $10–$15). If you know your brand/model (examples: Lovehoney, CalExotics), start there.
- Universal replacements: Universal magnetic and pin-style replacements are widely available online. Helpful search terms include:
- “universal magnetic vibrator charger”
- “2.5mm DC massager charger”
Not sure what you’re looking at? You’re not alone. If you can share the brand name, model name, and a photo of the charging port, our team can help you narrow it down and point you to the right manufacturer support.
If You Have a VeDO Toy: We’ve Got the Right Chargers
VeDO chargers are not one-size-fits-all, so matching the correct one matters.

VeDO USB Charger B (for these models)

- Midori
- Roq
- Roco
- Yumi
- Bump
Magic Wand Rechargeable Power Adapter
We also carry a rechargeable Magic Wand power adapter. If your wand isn’t charging and you suspect the adapter is the issue, replacing it is often the fix.
One Safety Tip That Can Save Your Toy: Use the Right “Brick”
Even if the replacement cable fits, what you plug it into matters.
Always plug your replacement cable into a low-voltage wall brick, like an older 5V/1A phone block. Avoid high-speed “fast charge” bricks unless the toy’s manufacturer specifically says it’s safe. This helps prevent overheating, short-circuiting, or battery damage.
Quick Tips: How to Test a Magnetic Charger Connection (So You Know It’s Actually Charging)
Magnetic chargers can be sneaky — they’ll stick even when they’re not aligned correctly.
- Check the alignment: The two metal contacts on the charger should sit flush on the toy’s contact points (no gap, no wobble).
- Look for an indicator light: Many toys show a blinking light while charging and a solid light when full (varies by brand).
- Try a different power source: Swap outlets or try a different low-voltage brick.
- Give it 10–15 minutes: Some toys won’t show obvious signs immediately if the battery is deeply drained.
- Clean the contact points: A little residue can block charging. Wipe both the toy contacts and charger contacts with a dry cloth.
If it still won’t charge, the issue may be the cable or the toy’s battery — and that’s when contacting the manufacturer is usually the next best step (and we can help you do that).
