I know, you’re probably looking at that title like… what? No, Cream and I are not in couple’s therapy (however, even if you are in a good place, therapy is a great option before trouble even begins). No, this Couples Therapy is from our wonderful friends from Evolved! This is a multi-erogenous zone toy like no other! It looks very similar to another product that dominated the adult pleasure world for some time (even recognized by Cosmo). And now Evolved has the shape BUT they totally amped it up with a finger ring AND a tapping stimulator right on the palm part of the toy – cue the angelic music!

Couples Therapy vs. The Tryst

I haven’t used the Tryst in a while (mostly because I definitely tossed it being that it was used with a past partner), but I can recall some of the features of it compared to Evolved’s Couples Therapy. First things first, I had the OG version of the Tryst so the arms did not bed into place to stay on the shaft of a penis better. That feature, however is available on the 2nd version of the Tryst. The reason I bring this up? Well, the Couples Therapy, the arms are flexible but they don’t stay in place so tightening the grip to stay on the shaft of a penis isn’t possible. Also, the Tryst did not have that tapping middle part or the finger ring as I previously mentioned, so despite the lack of staying in place, you have much more uses for Couples Therapy. And that’s impressive because it already is a multi-erogenous zone product. I also have to applaud the finger ring for being so stretchy! I personally believe that there really isn’t much out there that will be comfortable on Cream’s sausage fingers – but this one was MUCH better compared to others we’ve used.

Actually Therapeutic?

Well, that depends on who you talk to. When it comes to me and Cream using together, Couples Therapy didn’t last long. It was annoying and not staying in place in between us if we weren’t holding onto it. As for solo play or at least us using it on one another, I was probably the only one that had some positive experience. The tapping stimulator actually felt great and it reminded me of the Tap Dance that Evolved also made (I think they renamed it, maybe?) and that was a favorite for a WHILE. However, my experience may be different from yours – you may absolutely enjoy having this couples toy in between you giving you both stimulation and that’s great! I would certainly recommend it over the Tryst just because you get so many more features included for half the price (and that’s a hefty chunk). Also, this couples vibe is not for cid-gendered hetero couples – I can think of many ways queer couples can use it too! This definitely could be in their Gender X line in my opinion.
