Cotton candy flavor was not very cotton candy and was more medicine like. But i will say that my throat was very numb and i was able to push past my usual limit. Bad flavor but does its job, I definitely got my moneys worth.

Tastes good and helps a little for those of us with sensitive gag reflexes. Doesn’t fix the issue entirely, but helps with making it more tolerable, so it can be worked on from there. The only draw back is it made me salivate more than I would have liked. The strawberry flavor worked well for me too.
